We are the Brida Brothers, founders of our butcher shop in 2020. We combine a passion for meat, experience, and complementary skills: Elia leads the kitchen with precision and creativity, while Andrea personally selects the meats from certified farms and oversees every detail of the production process. From artisanal aging to traditional cured meats, everything stems from the desire to offer quality, authenticity, and authentic local flavors.

Yes, each package is available both as a weekly option (7 nights from Saturday to Saturday) and as a weekend option (2 nights from Friday to Sunday), allowing you to choose the duration that best suits you.

All gastronomic experiences included in the packages (dinner, tasting, or Brida Box) are already included in the stay price. No separate booking is required.

In case of intolerances or specific dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking: we will do our best to adapt the menu or provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.

Each Experience package includes a specific type of apartment: Burger Experience, Marenda Experience, and De-gust Experience can be combined with Standard Apartments (spacious, ideal for families or groups), while the Prime Experience is exclusively paired with Prime Apartments (luxury studios with spa access included). This configuration cannot be changed, but you can contact us to check availability for upgrades or personalized solutions for your stay in Val di Sole.

Spa access is included only with the Prime Experience. The other packages do not include spa entry, but it can be requested as an extra (subject to availability).

The booking of the dinner or gastronomic tasting included in your Brida Experience must be made directly at check-in at our facility. Our staff will assist you by checking real-time availability at Ristomacelleria Brida Brothers. This system ensures you always get the best possible experience, perfectly coordinating the tasting times with your stay. We recommend informing us of any dietary preferences or special needs at the time of booking your stay so that, together with the Brida Brothers, we can find the best solutions to make your gastronomic experience truly unforgettable.
